ABOUT OUR WARRANTY PROCEDURE
If a manufacturing related defect is encountered at the product, the concerned product can be sent back to our company. Our technical department will carry out their inspection within 15 days and your sales contact will get back to you about your claim.
Our provided product warranty is valid for production faults and excludes the following cases:
• Penetration of smut, mud, dust, oil, water etc. which exists in the vehicle air system into the product.
• Inability of the product to reach its working conditions due to insufficient airflow in the vehicle air system.
• Damage to the product resulting from the use of inappropriate devices or use of high torque hand devices.
• Damage to the product resulting from an impact from outside.
• Changing the pressure settings of the product (in this case the product will be set back to its standard settings and send back to you)
• Choice of wrong products which are incompatible with the vehicle type.
• Use of inappropriate oil / liquid.
• Wrong assembly of the product to the vehicle.
• Repairing the product with parts or repair kits other than the original F.S.S. repair kits.
• Cleaning the products with diesel, thinner or other chemicals which are harmful to rubber in case of repair kit usage.
Damage to other parts of the vehicle as well as related service, repair costs or costs due to delay which are caused by malfunction of the product are excluded from our product warranty.
CASES WHICH ARE EXCLUDED FROM PRODUCT WARRANTY
SMUT- OIL
Smut, mud, dust, oil, water, etc. from the vehicle's air pressure system should not penetrate into the product. In such cases the vehicle's air pressure system has to be maintained and the product can be used by repairing with the repair kits.
BREAKING OF THE PORTS
lnappropriate devices and high torque hand devices can harm the product. While assembling the product to the vehicle, the product must not be over pressured and it must be avoided from pressurized assembly.
WATER - OXIDE
Water from the vehicle system shouldn't penetrate into the product. System maintenance has to be carried out periodically, filters have to be changed on time.
INCOMPLETE PARTS
The product must be returned to us completely without any missing parts.
USE OF WRONG OIL
in case of malfunctioning caused by the use of wrong oil during assembly, the product will be returned to the customer.
PRODUCT INTERVENTION
There musn't be any kind of intervention to our products. This includes but is not limited to:
• Enlarging an existing hole
• Disassembling and wrong reassembling
• Shredding of O-rings due to wrong assembly
• Drilling and bending levers of the product
