Our company is using IFS Applications, Enterprise Resource Planning software in the whole processes of our company in order to take right decisions in the competitive global market, to realize fast production by optimal planning and the use of company resources in the most effective way and to provide best service to our valued customers.
In the process of Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation, a “Production Data Collection system” which is referred to as MES in the literature is used to collect data which is also integrated with IFS. By this way;
• We are able to follow the production with live data.
• Since we have created traceability in the production, we can clearly identify the areas for improvement.
• Since we collect the data in the digital environment, we minimize the human error factor, thus ensuring the exact accuracy of the data.
• By detecting bottlenecks in production, we are able to generate alarms for the problems that may occur, and as a result, we can take proactive actions.
