Special formulas of rubber mixtures are designed in-house and converted into rubber mixture. All the raw materials that constitute the special rubber formulations are selected from internationally accepted brands and they are subject to inspection controls to have the quality approval. The rubber mixtures, which are controlled in the laboratory conditions according to ASTM norms, take the form of semi-finished products with the help of vacuum presses ranging between  100-250 Tons.

Rubber mixture formulas  used in our company are NBR, FKM, HNBR, VMQ, SBR, EPDM.
