In order to increase the corrosion resistance in the metal parts, chromate coating, zinc coating, phosphate coating, powder coating, anodized coating is applied.

For rubber and plastic semi-finished products,we are able to make the cleaning operations by motorized deburring, deburring with nitrogen and lip cutting.

Metal insert materials produced in the metal forming process are subject to rubber-metal adhesive application before the rubber forming operation.
